1. Getting Started
Welcome to AeroMegh Intelligence! This guide helps you quickly create your account, verify your email, log in, and manage your password securely, using either Google, Microsoft, or a manual email sign-up method.
🌐 Step 1: Visit the Website
1. Open your preferred web browser.
2. Go to: https://staging-f22f-aeromeghai.wpcomstaging.com/.
3. On the homepage, you will find:
- Sign In button for existing users
- Getting Started button for new users to register
🆕 Step 2: Sign Up (Create an Account)
2.1 Access the Sign-Up Page
- Click the Getting Started button on the homepage.
2.2 Choose Your Sign-Up Method
You will see three options in the following order:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Microsoft
- Sign up with Email
🔹 Sign Up Using Google or Microsoft
- Click Continue with
or Continue with 
. - A pop-up window will appear from the selected provider.
- Enter your credentials and authorise access.
- You will receive a verification email at the email address used during registration.
| 💡 Tip: Choose the same provider every time to avoid login issues later. |
🔹 Sign Up Using Email
If you prefer to register manually, fill in the following fields:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password
(Must include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character) - Confirm Password
Click the Sign Up button.
✅ On Success:
- You will see a confirmation:
“Your account has been created! A verification email has been sent.”
❌ On Error:
Validation messages will guide you:
- “Email field cannot be empty.”
- “Password must include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special symbol.”
📩 Step 3: Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a message from AeroMegh Intelligence.
- Click the Verify Email button in the email.
(Or copy and paste the link into your browser if the button doesn’t work.)
| ⚠️ Important: The verification link is valid for only 1 hour. |
🔁 If Link Expires:
- You will see:
“This verification link is invalid or has expired.” - Click the Resend button to receive a new link.
✅ On Successful Verification:
You will see:
“Your email address was successfully verified. Click the button below to Log In.”
🔐 Step 4: Log In to AeroMegh Intelligence
4.1 Access the Login Page
- Click the Sign In button on the homepage.
4.2 Choose Login Method
You will find the same three options (in this order):
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Microsoft
- Log in with Email and Password
🔹 Log In Using Google or Microsoft
- Click the corresponding provider.
- Authenticate if prompted.
- You will be redirected to your dashboard.

🔹 Log In Using Email
- Enter:
- Email/Username
- Password
- Click the Login
✅ On Success:
You will be redirected to the AeroMegh Dashboard.
❌ On Error:
You may see:
- “Please verify your email to log in.”
- “Incorrect username or password.”
🔁 Step 5: Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password:
- On the Login page, click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter your registered email and click Send.
- You will get a message:
“Password reset link sent to your email.”
4. Open the email and click the Reset Password button.
5. On the Reset page:
- Enter a new password that meets the security criteria.
- Re-enter to confirm.
6. Click Reset Password.
✅ A message will appear:
“Password has been successfully reset.”
You can now log in with your new password.
