6. Profile
Accessing Profile Management
To access the Profile Management section:
- Click on the Profile Icon located at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh Intelligence dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- The Profile Management page will open, displaying different sections for managing account details.
Profile Management Sections
- My Profile: View and update personal details such as name, email, phone number, and address.
- Subscription
- View the current plan, including validity and active credits.
- Check available credits for processing and usage details.
- Option to buy additional credits for analysis and detection tasks.

6.1 My Profile
The My Profile section in AeroMegh Intelligence allows users to view and update their personal details and addresses, ensuring that all user information is accurate and up to date.
Accessing My Profile
To access the My Profile page:
- Click on the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh Intelligence dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- The My Profile page will open, displaying two sections: Personal Details and Address.
1.1 Personal Details
The Personal Details section displays the user’s basic information, including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Editing Personal Details
To update personal details:
- Click on the Edit button next to the Personal Details section.
- The fields will become editable.
- Modify the required information.
| 🔔 Note: The email address field may not be editable as it is linked to the user’s account. |
1.2 Address
The Address section contains the user’s location details, including:
- Country
- State
- City
- Full Address
Editing Address
To update the address:
- Click on the Edit button next to the Address section.
- The fields will become editable.
- Enter the new address details.
4. Click Cancel to discard changes or Update to save the changes.
6.2 Subscription
The Subscription section in AeroMegh Intelligence allows users to manage their subscription plans, track active credits, and purchase additional image processing credits.
Accessing the Subscription Section
To access the Subscription section:
- Click on the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh Intelligence dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Subscriptions from the left panel.
- The Subscription page will display the following details:
Section | Description |
Current Plan | Shows the active plan details and an option to upgrade. |
Active Credits | Displays available image processing and storage credits. |
Buy Image Processing Credits | Allows users to purchase additional processing credits. |
2.1 Current Plan
This section displays the details of the user’s active subscription plan.
Field | Description |
Plan Name | Displays the current plan (e.g., 15-Day Trial Plan). |
Validity | Shows the plan duration and expiry date. |
Upgrade Option | Allows users to switch to a paid plan by clicking the Upgrade button. |
Upgrading the Plan
- Click on the Upgrade button.
- The system redirects you to the Upgrade Plan section.
- Choose a suitable plan and follow the payment instructions.
2.2 Active Credits
The Active Credits section helps users monitor their processing and storage usage.

2.3 Buying Image Processing Credits
Users can purchase additional image processing credits based on their needs.

Steps to Buy Credits:
- Locate the required data size in the Buy Image Processing Credits section.
- Click on Buy Credits next to the respective plan.
- Follow the payment instructions to complete the purchase.

6.3 Upgrade Plan
The Upgrade Plan section allows users to enhance their experience by selecting a subscription plan that best suits their needs. Users can choose between monthly and annual billing cycles, with three available plans — Pro, Business, and Enterprise — each offering different features, storage capacities, and user access levels.

Users can switch between Monthly and Annual plans using the toggle at the top of the page.

How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Navigate to Profile > Upgrade Plan in the left-hand menu.
- Choose your preferred billing cycle: Monthly or Annually.
- Select the plan that best suits your requirements.
- Click the “Buy Now” button under your chosen plan.
- You will be redirected to the payment page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.
Once the payment is successfully processed, your account will be upgraded, and you will gain access to the additional features of your selected plan.
6.4 Invoices
The Invoices section provides a detailed overview of your service plan payments, including past and pending invoices. You can view essential details such as the invoice number, amount, date & time of transaction, and payment status.
Accessing Invoices
To view your invoices:
- Click on the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh Intelligence dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Invoices from the left-hand menu.
- The invoice details will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Understanding Invoice Details
Each invoice includes the following information:
Field | Description |
Invoice No. | A unique identifier for each invoice. |
Amount | The amount charged for your subscription or service. |
Date & Time | The timestamp when the invoice was generated. |
Status | Indicates whether the invoice is paid (green) or unpaid (red). |
Payment Status
- Paid invoices appear with a green “paid” status.
- Unpaid invoices appear with a red “unpaid” status, indicating that payment is still due.
Next Steps for Unpaid Invoices
If an invoice is marked as unpaid, you need to complete the payment to continue using your plan without interruption.
To pay an unpaid invoice:
- Locate the unpaid invoice in the list.
- Click on the invoice (if a payment option is available).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment securely.
Once the payment is processed successfully, the status will update to paid automatically.
6.5 Change Password
The Change Password section allows you to update your account password securely, ensuring better protection for your AeroMegh Intelligence account.
Accessing the Change Password Section
To change your password, follow these steps:
- Click on the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the AeroMegh Intelligence dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Change Password.
Steps to Change Your Password
- Enter Current Password – Type your existing password in the first field.
- Enter New Password – Choose a strong password and enter it in the second field.
- A strength indicator will show if your password is Weak, Medium, or Strong.

- Confirm New Password – Re-enter the new password to ensure accuracy.
- Click Change Password – Press the Change Password button to apply the update.
✅ Your password will be updated immediately!
Password Guidelines for Better Security
🔒 Ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long.
- Includes uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Contains numbers and special characters (e.g., @, #, !, %).
- Different from previous passwords.

Troubleshooting Tips
❓ Forgot your current password?
- Use the Forgot Password? option on the login page to reset it.
⚠️ Password change not working?
- Ensure both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields match exactly.
- Check if your password meets the security requirements.
Once successfully updated, use the new password for all future logins.

6.6 Teams
The Teams section in AeroMegh Intelligence enables users to collaborate efficiently by organising team members under a structured hierarchy. Users can create teams, manage members, assign roles, and control project access within the platform.
Key Actions:
- Access Teams: Go to Profile > Teams to manage teams.
- Create Team: Click “Create Team”, enter a name, and add members.
- Manage Members: Invite, assign roles, or remove users.
- Switch Teams: Use Switch Team in the top-right menu.
- Handle Invitations: Accept or decline team invites under Profile > Invitations.
- Delete a Team: Only owners can delete teams (remove all data).

6.7 Invitations
The Invitations section in the Profile allows users to view and manage team invitations.
Accessing Invitations
- Click on Profile in the left navigation panel.
- Select Invitations to see a list of pending and accepted invites.
Invitation Details
The My Invitations table displays:

| Status | Shows if the invite is Pending or Accepted. |

Accepting or Rejecting an Invite
- Locate the pending invitation in the list.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the invitation.
- Select:
- Accept Invite to join the team.
- Reject Invite to decline the invitation.
Key Notes
- Once an invitation is accepted, the team appears in your Teams list.
- Rejected invitations are removed permanently.
- Users can switch between teams using the Switch Team option at the top-right.
This feature ensures easy team collaboration by allowing users to manage their team memberships efficiently.
